Mixed Media “2014” Cutting Board Calendar!
I hope you’re well and keeping warm wherever you are!:)
Today’s project is a fun one…no really it is! I took a trip to IKEA and found this adorable cutting board!!! OMG!!! I just had to alter it and make a calendar out of it! 🙂 I also got a few extras for kits. I’ll have those at my shop here….but let me share my project with you!
Using tons of acrylic paint and gesso, I did a lot of smearing, splashing and sploshing and dripping!! It was a little fun mess!! 🙂 lol… I’ll share a product list below as well:)
Here are my project pics with some close-ups!! This post is picture heavy…I just had to share those close-up shots for you all!! 🙂 Please let me know if you have any questions!
I loved playing with all the paints and gesso…it was fun caking it on and splattering onto this piece…ah! I have to play and make something else with paint!! Loving mixed media ATM!! 🙂
