Pion Designs “Any Occasion” Shabby Card!!
Hello!
I have just been able to do little things here and there since my return from vacationing with the familia….and it’s been a while since I’ve posted a project here but here’s a card to share with you today! It was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest! SO much inspiration there!! SERIOUSLY!
I think it’s so easy to over flower projects if you are a “Shabby Chic” artist, which I am, so I try to be careful when applying my flowers and lace and pearls and things. I have seen projects where I’m unable to identify what it is because it’s covered severely with flowers and lace….I mean, who doesn’t like flowers??! I get it!! But, I want to try to keep the integrity of that project, so I hope that I don’t smother them ever and allow them to shine for what they are. So this card does showcase flowers but it had a purpose and theme! LOL
It’s an all occasion card with a spring touch using Wild Orchid Crafts flowers
on the beautiful Pion Design’s “Grandma’s Schoolbook! Such gorgeous paper!
I chose to highlight some yellow in this one!
Here is the card and the video tutorial to follow with a product list!
I also added a little something something on the inside! π Why not right!? lol
And here’s my video tut!
